Summer Fridays pre-seeded their new Blush Butter Balm to influencers to test before launch. The blush officially launches on 7/8.
Sam Edelman hosted influencers in Nantucket to celebrate their summer collection. They made the most of their influencer’s flight delays with social content from their team and documented the rest of their trip across their owned Instagram and TikTok channels. Typically brand’s only repost stories and post one to two round up carousels or videos, but they did a great job of instantly repurposing the content in-feed.
Vuori introduced their new colorway, Viridian, through an influencer pilates class in NYC. The colorway launches on 7/7.
Brigette Pheloung and Lauren Wolfe launched an activewear collection with Amazon Collections in multiple colorways and styles. They hosted a workout class in LA to celebrate the launch. I’m surprised it wasn’t in New York at a studio they often post from, like Fuzehouse.
Speaking of Brigette, I know we are already past discussing the similar engagement announcements of Brigette Pheloung and Danielle Bernstein. Along with the same pear shaped rings, I couldn’t get over this identical photo they took from the rings to the stacked tennis bracelets. Now the wedding planning documentation begins.
Roxy hosted a trip with influencers in the Florida Keys to highlight their swimwear. They are hosting multiple trips throughout the summer, called the Pool Club Tour.
Influencer’s shared very similar messaging about a one day only 20% off code from Anthropologie. Curious if this was delivered through a mass Shopmy blast?
I love when brands repurpose influencer content across multiple channels. If you are paying for usage why not make the most of it? Doen always does an incredible job at this. I especially loved
Grow’s feature this past week, but I also saw Gap lean into this with this week.Sara Walker created a dress with Reformation in 3 different colors. To celebrate, she hosted a lunch in LA. My friend Carter was wearing the dress in Nectarine yesterday, and it was very cute!!
Other things I saw this week: Selby Drummond hosted a dinner with Sézane in East Hampton ahead of their summer popup, Waterboy hosted a Tarte style influencer trip in Tulum, and J. Crew invited influencers like Arielle Charnas, Olivia Duncan, and Jordan Sloane to their new Southhampton, Farmstand store.
Things I’ve been influenced by:
influenced me to buy the La Veste Parasol pants when I was in Spain. I bought them in red, but Moda Operandi has them in green and yellow!
